What will you learn at The Retreat?

1.  Leadership 101:  Create an environment that operates from principle, eliminating non-productive agents and attracting quality agents to your culture.  Learn to be transparent, deliver value and manage a culture with accountability creating amazing results and a magical experience as a leader.  Companies can only grow if the leader is willing to grow.  You will start on a course of growth and self-discovery.

2.  Be The Coach, Not The Manager: 
Are you spending your day putting out fires?  Is your day filled with deal problems?  This module will set you on a pro-active course to start coaching your agents to greater productivity.  Great leaders create other leaders.  Learn to coach your current agents and create a learning environment .  Deliver tremendous value through your sales meetings, training sessions and specific work-out groups.

3.  Principle Based Recruiting: 
Time to quit selling and start serving your recruits.  Deliver to your recruits and attract them to your office.  Quit selling culture and let your recruits experience your culture during the recruiting process.  Learn the specific scripts and dialogues that will start attracting the quality recruits you desire. 

4.  Skill Building: 
How are your skills?  Do you have a value based interview?  Can you convert your prospecting calls into an interview?  Gain the skill-sets to increase your interview count and convert those interviews into recruits.  This module will provide you with a non-selling
process that creates attraction value to a recruit upon your first contact.  The antiquated methods of telling an agent about all the wonderful stuff your company has to offer (splits, marketing, support, etc...) won't get it done.  They want to know one thing, can you personally deliver them value.  I will focus on building your personal value proposition.

5.  Retention Strategies: 
Is your office a community or is your office a convenience?  What do agents really want?  Why do agents leave?  Is it really about the money?  Agents want a valuable experience that serves them personally and professionally.  Learn how to create and sustain an attractive environment for your agents. 

6.  The Power-Packed Sales Meeting: 
Are you getting 100% attendance at your sales meetings?  Why aren't agents showing up at your meetings regularly?  Learn to build your culture, declare your vision, deliver value, align your agents, and inspire your agents at every sales meeting. This is your once a week opportunity to create community within your entire office while exhibiting your value as a leader.  This format will keep them coming back for more.

7.  The New Agent Recruiting System: 
Sure, recruiting new agents is easy.  But how many new agents are you recruiting on a consistent basis and how much time are you putting into the process.  I'll be very frank with you in this session, recruiting new agents isn't about your skills, it's about the system you have in place.  In this module you will learn how a first year branch manager recruited over 90 agents into a branch office in 12 months.

8.  Creating and Facilitating an Agent Advisory Council: 
Top-down leadership works in Corporate America, not in the real estate industry.  Stop making policies, changing fees, and leading your office without the input of your most valuable asset, your agents.  Create your own board of directors through an agent advisory council that will provide input, solutions, and strategies to build a healthy and profitable office.

9.  Drive Profits through New Agents:    One of the biggest complaints managers make is that new agents take up all their time, aren't productive, and don't make it in the business.  Why is this?  It's a result of the training program that is in place.  Productivity from new agents isn't about the training program, it's purely about holding them accountable to activities.  Your training skills won't make new agents productive, the accountability system you have in place, will.  Learn how to facilitate productivity from new agents with a little bit of training and a LOT of accountability.  It's about the system you have in place, not your skills as a trainer.

10.  Prospecting Strategies: 
When you got into management, did you realize that your prospecting responsibilities are the same as when you were an agent?  If you don't prospect for agents, you WON'T experience profit, it's that simple.  We will take a close look at the most effective and necessary prospecting strategies you must do on a consistent basis to generate quality interviews.

11.  Business Planning:  How can you accomplish your goals without a specific, measurable, and actionable plan in place?  Next to impossible.  Do you realize how many agents don't have a written business plan?  Further, how many brokers that don't have a written business plan?  It's critical that you have a plan of action and your agents have a plan of action.  We will provide the framework for you to carry this forward.

12.  Systems:  Your office growth is based on a very critical piece, your ability to manage systems vs. managing people.  If you constantly manage people, you will stunt your growth.  You will learn to operate with training systems, coaching systems,
marketing systems, and recruiting systems that you can plug into your organization and break through the cap on your office.

Summary:
In this 2 day retreat, I will challenge you to increase your skills and carry those skills back to your existing agents.  The value in your leadership is based on what you transfer to your agents.  I will provide you with what today's agent is looking for, how to deliver it on a consistent basis, and the ability to leverage yourself by the people around you. 

Leadership isn't about DOING IT, it's about empowering the brilliance of those you surround yourself with to do it!!
